Assembly instructions

This manual is designed to inform the customer about the type of work required for the installation of the new one
coating. The replacement of the upholstery is similar for all types of saddles, although the example photo in this manual does not
resembles that required, the fixing system is always the same. We recommend that you read the manual in its entirety
part and to view the video tutorials on our website or on youtube. If you recognize that editing is not within your reach, yes
advises to rely on a saddler in the area.

Useful information:
The new upholstery was made with top quality materials and yarns, highly resistant to atmospheric agents.
However, we do not recommend leaving the motorcycle in the sun for long periods and we suggest covering the saddle during the washing phases,
in this way, the longer duration of the materials and colors will be favored. This cover is made of materials suitable for
exterior, however good care of the saddle will allow you to keep the cover always new and with bright colors.

To clean the new cover it is recommended to use water and neutral soap, making sure to dry the saddle immediately
after the washing phases. The velvet effect PVC material may be a little more delicate than others, if the new coating
is made with this material, we recommend making sure that it is not exposed too much to the sun, and that it is washed and
dried immediately. It is always a material suitable for saddlery but leakage could still occur
of color and shine.

Assembling a cover can take between 15 and 20 minutes for some covers such as covers
COMFORT SYSTEM, assembly can be much longer and more complicated. The assembly phases always remain the same
however, in the case of the COMFORT SYSTEM, we recommend that you contact expert people right away.

Warnings:

Before starting the assembly work of the new coating, we invite you to take the necessary precautions.
Use gloves and goggles for pin removal and be very careful when applying the staples with the gun.
The company declines all responsibility due to accidents caused during the installation of the product.

To start the assembly get:

• 1) a screwdriver
  2) a narrow nose pliers
  3) a manual stapler or
  4) an electric stapler or
  5) a pneumatic stapler
  6) protective film (recommended)

Pay close attention to the stapler, it could cause accidental injuries, we recommend that you try
shoot a few paper clips at a piece of wood before starting the assembly. The saddles of the
motorcycles are made from very hard plastics, piercing the plastic can be difficult
if you don't have a proper gun. It is also possible to do the job with one
manual gun, we recommend an electric or compressed air gun. It's important
also that the pressure of the gun is not excessive, if the pressure is too much it could
cause the cover to tear. When removing the staples of the
old coating you have to pay close attention to the fingers, loosen them
staples (1.) and then remove them with the pliers one at a time (2.).

During the assembly phase you may encounter difficulties, waste a lot of time and have a disappointing result,
it is advisable to follow the step by step instructions and not to do the job in a hurry.

Instructions:

After removing all the clips holding the saddle cover, it must be removed
off the old cover.
(Optional) It is recommended to put a film between the seat foam and the new cover
protective that favors the insertion of the new cover and creates a waterproof barrier
between the sponge and the cover.

While adhering to the front of the saddle (1), slide the cover over with your hands
the saddle, pay close attention to the front part that adheres well to the corners of the saddle.
Guide the cover towards the rear of the saddle (2) and towards the sides (3). When the
cover is well housed above the saddle, it is possible to proceed with locking.

First, pull the cover towards the bottom of the saddle and nail
with the staple gun the rear blocking it with 3/4 staples. (4)

Then proceed with the front part always pulling well and using 3/4 staples. (5)

Finally proceed with the two sides using 3/4 staples per side, pulling towards
outside (6), trying to keep the center aligned with the saddle. At this point the
saddle should be locked, now it is necessary to check if it is perfectly centered
and that there are no folds or loose parts. Should a further be needed
pull of the cover, remove the clips that block the side on which to intervene e
reposition the cover well and then fasten it again.
