Shipping Times and Costs

Italy
Products are made and shipped by express courier within 48/72 business hours from order confirmation. Shipments are handled by leading express couriers (GLS, TNT).

European Union
Products are made and shipped from Italy within 7–10 business days. Shipments are handled by leading international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Shipping times may vary for custom orders, high production volumes, or specific destinations.


Non-EU Countries

For shipments outside the European Union, we use leading international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS), selected based on the destination and product type.

Shipping times are generally 7–10 business days, but may vary depending on the destination and any customs procedures.

In some cases, the customs authorities of the destination country may request additional documentation. Our staff will provide all commercial documentation related to the order.

Non-EU shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which cannot be calculated in advance and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before purchasing.

General Shipping Conditions

  • The stated times refer to shipping and do not include any variations due to special processing or production peaks.
  • The tracking number will be available once the order has been shipped and will be communicated by email.
  • The courier will send an email notification with shipment details.
  • We recommend providing a valid, regularly monitored email address.
  • For assistance, you can contact us by providing your order number or tracking number.

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday–Friday).
For optimal shipment handling, we recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the parcel.

We also recommend providing a valid phone number for any communications from the courier.

⚠️ PayPal note:
For orders paid with PayPal, shipping will be made exclusively to the address provided during payment.


📥 Receiving the Goods

Upon delivery, always check:

  • that the package is intact and not damaged
  • that it shows no signs of tampering
  • that the number of parcels matches

Any issues must be reported immediately to the courier.


⚠️ Damaged or tampered package

In case of issues, you have two options:

1. Acceptance with reservation
Accept the package by signing with reservation, specifying the reason (e.g., “package damaged”).

2. Refusal of the shipment
Refuse the package if it is clearly tampered with.

⚠️ If no claim is made, the shipment will be considered duly delivered.
