Shipping and Delivery

How soon will I receive my order?

Delivery times are indicated within each item and vary depending on the destination. In Italy, for many items, shipping takes place within 24/48 hours. Outside Italy, average delivery times are approximately 7/10 days.

Do you ship abroad or only within Italy?

We ship worldwide via national and international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS.

Can I track my order?

For each order, you will be sent a tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major electronic payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer the option to pay in 3 or 4 instalments via Scalapay.

Is payment secure on your website?

Yes, all payments made on our website are secure because they are processed through encrypted circuits.

Is it possible to pay on delivery (cash on delivery)?

No, we do not offer cash on delivery.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

E-commerce regulations allow you to return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, we recommend that you request assistance first, so that we can assess together whether it is possible to find a solution without proceeding with the return. All other return conditions are listed in the Terms and Conditions section of our website.

Are the shipping costs for the return at my expense or yours?

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. The detailed conditions are listed on our Terms and Conditions page.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

The refund will be made within 10–15 days after receiving the return and verifying the integrity of the item.

Products

Do you sell only covers or complete saddles as well?

Most of our products are saddle covers. In recent years, we have also started to manufacture complete saddles, but only for certain motorcycle models, which can be viewed in the dedicated section of our website.

How do I know if the cover is compatible with my motorbike?

All our products are categorised by brand, model and year of the motorcycle. Our covers are pre-formed and guarantee a perfect fit.
If you have any doubts about compatibility, we recommend that you send us an email with a photo of your motorcycle so that we can confirm that the cover is suitable for your model.

Do you provide instructions or videos on how to install the cladding?

Inside the package, you will find assembly instructions and a link to our YouTube channel, where you can find numerous installation tutorial videos.

Are your coverings waterproof?

All our covers are heat-sealed to minimise water infiltration through the seams. However, if the bike is exposed to rain for a long time or is washed with high-pressure water, infiltration may occur. For this reason, we recommend using a dedicated waterproof cover.

Can I customise a cover (colours, stitching, logos)?

Yes, it is possible to customise the coverings. In these cases, we ask you to fill in the contact form and send us a message with your customisation request, describing your preferences in detail.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please send us a request using the contact form to activate the verification and replacement procedure.

Technical FAQs

What is the difference between your standard covers and those with Comfort System (Memory Foam)?

Comfort System covers differ from standard covers because they feature a 2.3 cm memory foam layer inside. This significantly improves comfort, offering the rider and passenger a softer and more comfortable seat. Standard covers, on the other hand, are designed primarily for aesthetic purposes, allowing you to change the graphics and colours of the original seat.

Can the covering be fitted without a professional stapler?

Our coverings are all preformed and easy to install, but must be secured with staples. They must not be glued or nailed using other methods.

Is installing the cladding an easy task that I can do myself?

Many types of cladding do not require any particular manual skills, while others may be more difficult to install. We always recommend that you assess your abilities before proceeding with installation and, if necessary, seek the assistance of competent professionals.

Is the cover compatible with original heated saddles?

Yes, both standard and Comfort System covers are compatible with original heated saddles.

Does the coating affect grip compared to the original?

Almost all of our coverings are made with non-slip materials. In addition, for some items we also offer the ULTRA GRIP version, made with a high-performance material that guarantees remarkable grip.

How do you properly clean the coating to keep it in good condition?

The cover can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. We do not recommend wetting the seat with a direct water jet.
